Your evaluation is confidential
Psychological evaluation records — your MMPI-3 responses, clinical interview notes, and test results — are confidential records maintained by the licensed evaluating psychologist in accordance with applicable law and professional ethics standards. Employers, hiring agencies, and state licensing bodies receive only the signed state-required documentation (Texas DPS Form PSP-13 or the New Mexico suitability determination), never your test answers or clinical details.
Information we collect
When you order an evaluation, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email address, phone number, and payment details; we do not see or store your card information. When you contact us or submit the agency inquiry form, we receive the information you provide (name, company, state, volume, email) through our form provider for the purpose of responding to you.
How we use information
We use your information solely to deliver the evaluation service you purchased — sending your Life History questionnaire and secure Pearson Q-global testing link, conducting the evaluation, and delivering your documentation — and to respond to inquiries. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Pearson Q-global for secure test administration, and a form-handling service for inquiries. Each processes your information under its own privacy policy and security practices.
